Behind The Scenes

All about the gems and crystals ✨

When it comes to the materials that go into making all thing Twistful Thinking know that everything was hand picked, washed, created and cleansed by the maker herself. Everything is made with love and good intentions.

Stones and Materials - All of the precious stones that go into making Twistful Thinking are cleansed and washed before use. Nina spends her time going out to shops to find the perfect crystals and stones. She does order from around the states for some of her most popular pendants like the Amethyst Moons. If you follow her on instagram and peek her stories you might get lucky to see her washing her stones. Along with her ritual of cleansing the stones with sage before being sent to their forever homes. Nina wraps her stones with different sized wrap that comes in many different colors. When finishing off the jewelry she might use sterling silver, copper or cruelty free suede. Each piece is handcrafted and has its own unique look.

Full Crystals - There is a full page dedicated to just full sized crystals and stones. Nina frequently travels around looking for beautiful one of a kind crystals and stones that are in need of new homes. She will pick up stones, towers, clusters and chunks of a variety of color and meaning. All stones have different meanings and healing properties that can be beneficial around the house or carrying around. They make great pieces for your home and bring in good vibes and energy. All of the crystals found on Twistful Thinking website are photographed in natural lighting to show off their natural glow and beauty. I love these so much and highly recommend finding your own crystals that mix with you lifestyle.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

By far my favorite ones are the heavy cluster stones like this that have so much character. This stone is a Rainbow Titanium Aura Quartz Cluster and is to die for. These pieces always have so many cool colors and flash in natural sunlight. Im in love with the aura coating finish!
